1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases you make from our shop.

1.2 Our website domain name is www.theseatedqueen.co.uk (the “Website”).

1.3 By using the Website you accept these terms regardless of whether you choose to register with us or make a purchase. Use includes accessing or browsing the Website.

1.4 We may change these terms by updating the Website. You will be bound by the terms in force at the time you access the Website. Please check regularly as your continued use of the Website indicates your acceptance.

2.1 The Company refers to The Seated Queen Ltd, registered in England under company number 12345688 whose registered office is at 27 High Street, Salisbury, SP1 2NU

2.2 The Customer means any user of the Website including any user who:

b) Registers for an account

c) Purchases goods or services from us

2.4 The Goods means products listed and described on the Website which the Customer can purchase.

2.5 The Services means services listed and described on the Website which the Customer can purchase.

2.6 Contract means the supply of Goods or Services subject to these terms and completed Customer order. All contracts are between the Customer and the Company.

2.7 Offer means a quotation detailed in an order confirmation email containing details of Goods/Services, price, and estimated delivery times. Offers are subject to change prior to a Contract being formed.

3. Products and Stock

3.1 All Goods and Services listed are subject to availability. We will inform you if the product you ordered is not available and may offer alternatives.

3.2 We cannot guarantee continuous availability of Goods and Services. If Goods and Services are no longer available, we will remove the listing from the Website.

3.3 We reserve the right to amend Goods or Service specifications and descriptions at any time prior to a Contract between us. Where material changes occur after a purchase, we will notify you.

3.4 Product photography is illustrative only. Due to limitations such as screen resolutions, the actual appearance of Goods may differ.

4. Placing an Order

4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept orders at our discretion.

4.2 To place an order, browse to the product page, select your preferences such as size and quantity, and add them to your basket. After finishing shopping, click the basket icon and proceed through checkout.

4.3 You will be prompted to complete an order form with contact details, billing and delivery address, and payment information. Please check all details before submitting.

4.4 You must be over 18 years old to place orders on this Website. We do not knowingly collect data from those under 16 years old.

5. Checkout and Payment

5.1 We accept major credit and debit cards. Please ensure billing information matches the details on the payment card.

5.2 To protect against fraud, we may request authorisation of your payment card. In some cases, a temporary hold will be placed to verify funds. The charge amount will confirm your verified actual payment.

5.3 Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Discounts only apply to the specific items listed. Offers are subject to full Terms and Conditions.

5.4 Taxes such as VAT are calculated at the checkout stage and included in the order total. You are responsible for import duties or local taxes arising from delivery if ordering from outside the UK.

5.5 You must notify us immediately of any change to billing or contact information to ensure continued smooth processing.

6. Promotions & Special Offers

6.1 From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes or special offers from our partners. Offers vary in duration and terms so please check details carefully.

6.2 Promotional codes must be applied at the checkout stage to redeem them. Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise specified. Codes cannot be added retroactively to completed orders.

6.3 If the promotional terms are breached, we reserve the right to invoice you or charge your payment card the difference between offer price and full standard price.

7. Delivery & Shipping

7.1 Delivery timeframes displayed are an estimated minimum time from order confirmation. We aim to fulfil orders sooner but cannot guarantee.

7.2 Delivery is completed when we deliver goods to the address given by you and the delivered goods will be your responsibility from that point.

7.3 Delivery shall be to a valid UK address excluding off-shore locations like the Channel Islands. We may arrange international delivery at our discretion.

7.4 We require a recipient to be present to accept deliveries. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a card and attempt re-delivery or return goods to us. We are not liable for delays or losses arising from missed deliveries.

7.5 Delivery issues must be reported to us within 48 hours from expected delivery date. We will work with carriers to trace undelivered packages and may resend or refund at our discretion based on findings.

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 If you are not fully satisfied, you can return Goods to us in original, unused condition within 14 days and receive a refund. Please notify us of your intent to return first.

8.2 Refunds cover purchase amount only. Associated delivery fees are non-refundable unless goods were damaged, defective or an incorrect order.

8.3 You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please retain proof of postage to claim costs reimbursement if goods were faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent.

8.4 Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout. Allow 5 working days for processing after return receipt.

8.5 If Goods are damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with images. We may request return of damaged Goods for inspection or replacement.

8.6 We are entitled to reject return requests if conditions are not met including late notification or good being used, damaged or lost by Customer.

9. Customer Accounts

9.1 When you register and create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining and updating your login credentials including password.

9.2 You must not share your account login details with any other person and must protect the security of your information at all times.

9.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts which with invalid data or pose a security risk to our systems. Abuse of accounts or system security may constitute a criminal offence.

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property

10.1 All content included on the Website including product imagery, logos, website design, texts, graphics, and icons constitute our intellectual property assets protected by copyright laws.

10.2 You may not extract, copy or distribute content from the Website without our express prior permission. Breach of copyright laws may constitute a criminal offence.

17.2 If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either you or us may terminate unfulfilled orders immediately on written notice. You will be refunded any amounts paid for unfulfilled orders less any costs incurred.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

18.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer laws.

19. Miscellaneous

19.1 We reserve the right to vary these terms from time to time entirely at our discretion. Such changes shall become effective immediately upon public posting on the Website.

19.2 Invalidity of any part of these terms will not affect validity and enforceability of remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced by an enforceable substitute matching original meaning as closely as possible.

19.3 Any notice issued to you shall be sent by email to the address registered with us. Notices to us must be sent by registered delivery to our company registered office. Notices will be deemed delivered 24 hours after emailing or 3 working days after posting.

19.4 No waiver by us of any breach constitutes waiver of subsequent breach. Our failure to exercise rights under these terms does not waive those rights.
